EL PASO – Matt Konyn of the HealthMax/PB Sun City Cab bicycle racing team won the Category A bike racing series which ended Sunday. Konyn beat Ryan Blickem of the ZiaVelo team of Las Cruces and Jaime Gandara of the 10-Speed Drive Team of El Paso.
